The room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, had essentials, like a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. There was plenty of excellent meals. Secluded location adjacent to the valley and the church and the crypt, it was in an amazing area.

The stay was delightful; nothing too much trouble. Really enjoyed this simple and fairly clean hotel, met required needs. - the staff were pleasant, brilliant location in the church which is sung by the monks. - I had the queen room which was reasonably large and beautiful. - It was just next door to the valley.

I visited Monasterio De Leyre to explore Castillo De Javier and other nearby attractions. The hotel, built as an extension of the monastery chapel, offers a unique experience. The soothing church bells and the opportunity to attend vespers and masses added to the peaceful atmosphere. The stunning mountainous landscape added to the charm. The hotel bar serves a delicious Chistorras sandwich, a must-try. The rooms, although originally monks' cells, are fully modernized and comfortable. The service, including the Benedictine monks chanting Gregorian hymns, was a highlight. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delightful and offered great value.
I do recommend this hotel.

Located against the mountains with sweeping valley views, the rooms are clean and comfortable with a good-sized bathroom. The bar/cafeteria offers both indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy the peace and views. The Vespers service in the church, sung by the monks, is a beautiful and special experience. It's worth the drive to this out-of-the-way location.
